Attention aux offres mensongères et frauduleuses.
Contrairement à ce que nous pouvons voir régulièrement sur les réseaux sociaux, les appels téléphonique ou autres publicités mensongères, les installations photovoltaïques gratuite ou à 1€ n’existent absolument pas.
Les aides CEE (certificat d’économie d’energie) et MPR (Ma Prime Renov) sont présentent uniquement pour les installations de panneaux solaire pour production d’eau chaude, appelées aussi SSC (Système solaire combiné).

– PRIME A L’AUTOCONSOMMATION : Aussi bien dans le résidentiel que dans le tertiaire, vous êtes éligible à la prime à l’autoconsommation versé par EDF OA pour les installations comprises en 1kWc et 100kWc. Ces montants de primes varient tout les trimestres. Les primes sont comprises entre 100 et 500€ par kWc installées.
Par exemple :
- Pour un kit 3 kWc la prime est de 1500€ environ (3kWc x 500€)
- Pour un kit 100kWc la prime est de 10 000€ environ (100kWc x 100€)

– RACHAT DU SURPLUS : Lorsque vous n’avez pas opté pour une batterie physique ou virtuelle, vous allez réinjecté du courant dans le réseau ENEDIS comptabilité à travers le LINKY, chaque kW/h réinjecté sera comptabilité tout au long de l’année. Le tarif de rachat de cette réinjection de réseau est fonction la aussi de la puissance installé, il varie entre 0,08€ et 0,13€ par kW/h.
– TVA à 5,5% pour les installations inférieures ou égale à 3kWc pour les particuliers
– Très prochainement (Courant 2024) le prêt à taux zéro 0% (PTZ) pour les offres résidentielles
