Retour sur investissement résidentiel
Nous proposons à nos clients particuliers un retour sur investissement de maximum 8 ans. L’approche la plus pertinente est de travailler un maximum sur l’autoconsommation, et en aucun cas sur la revente de surplus. De plus le bon dimensionnement de votre kit photovoltaïque est primordiale pour avoir une rentabilité la plus rapide possible.
Pour le dimensionnement, de manière très simple en résidentiel, nous prenons votre consommation en kW/h annuel, nous divisons par 2 cette consommation, et nous obtenons la puissance idéal (En kWc) du kit à installer. Ceci représente la manière la plus simple et la plus efficace, mais il faut aussi l’adapter à votre profil, vos usages, et vos éventuels changement à venir dans votre résidence, comme par exemple, la construction d’une piscine, l’installation d’une borne de recharge de voiture électrique ou encore l’installation d’une PAC Air/Eau ou Air/Air.

Retour sur investissement tertiaire
Le retour sur investissement en entreprise d’une installation photovoltaïque reprends les mêmes aspect qu’une installation résidentiel. Néanmoins cette dernière est plus rapide, environ 4/5 ans car les consommations sont plus importantes.
En photovoltaïque en effet, plus la consommation est importante, plus la puissance installé sera importante, et plus la production d’énergie sera importante. En conséquence plus le retour sur investissement sera rapide !
Attention, le prix et la faisabilité d’une installation photovoltaïque tertiaire varient énormément en fonction de la nature du toit (Toit terrasse, bac acier, toiture tuile,….), et sa capacité technique/physique à supporter la charge de l’installation photovoltaïque.
